Refund Policy for ThreadsCreator

Overview

At ThreadsCreator, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our subscription services and other offerings. Applies to all ThreadsCreator subscription plans, add-ons, and one-time purchases made from Bolta Platforms, Inc. ("ThreadsCreator," "we," or "us"), a Delaware corporation.

Trial & Money-Back Window (U.S.)

7-Day Guarantee (Monthly Plans Only): New U.S. subscribers on monthly plans may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their first payment, provided they have:

  • Used no more than 10% of their monthly allowance (analyses, daily ideas, etc.),
  • Not previously claimed a refund under this policy, and
  • Opened a support ticket with their account email and a brief reason for the request.

Annual Plans: New subscribers on annual plans may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with our services.

EU Consumers: EEA/UK residents retain the 14-day statutory withdrawal right unless explicitly waived at checkout (see section below).

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in the EEA or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from any digital subscription unless you have:

  • Explicitly consented to immediate service access at purchase, and
  • Acknowledged that you thereby waive this withdrawal right.

If you did not waive withdrawal at checkout, you may cancel within 14 days of your order date for a full refund.

After 14 days, EU consumers follow the U.S. rules above.

Service Interruptions

If you experience a significant interruption or defect that prevents you from using ThreadsCreator as intended, we'll strive to resolve it within 48 hours of your report. To be eligible for any partial or full refund under this section you must:

  • Submit evidence (screenshots, error logs, or detailed bug report via support@bolta.ai or chat).
  • Demonstrate that the issue persisted beyond 48 hours after our first confirmation of receipt.

Once verified, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated or full refund for the affected period.

How to Request a Refund or Withdrawal

Submit your request via the following:

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Purchase date
  • Purchased plan name (e.g., "ThreadsCreator Pro")
  • Reason for request (optional)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

Exceptions & Denials

We may refuse refunds or withdrawals if:

  • The 7-day period has expired (for monthly plans) or you waived EU rights.
  • You have abused the guarantee (multiple accounts, suspicious behavior).
  • You violate our Terms of Service.

Statutory Rights

This Policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights under U.S. federal law (e.g., FTC rules) or the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
